2. Important Notice — Intermediary Status
BCILITY DOO is NOT the organizer of the events for which tickets are sold.
BCILITY DOO acts exclusively as a distributor and technical intermediary in the sale of tickets on behalf of and for the account of the event organizer (hereinafter: "Organizer"). By purchasing a ticket, the buyer concludes a service contract with the Organizer, within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.
BCILITY DOO bears no liability in connection with the organization, program, quality, or performance of the event, nor is it responsible for any damage to the buyer or third parties arising in connection with the event. By collecting payment and issuing the ticket, BCILITY DOO fully fulfills its service to the buyer, regardless of whether the Organizer subsequently performs or fails to perform the contracted service.

3. Purchase & Right of Withdrawal
BCILITY DOO provides an online ticket sales service for cultural and sporting events. All prices are stated in Serbian Dinars (RSD) and include all applicable taxes and fees. Each event displays the ticket type and unit price before the order is finalised.
Ticket purchases are binding — the buyer has no right to withdraw from a completed purchase.
Pursuant to Article 36, paragraph 1, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, No. 88/2021), the buyer may not withdraw from the purchase as the service relates to leisure activities (cultural, sports and similar events) that take place at a specific time. Pursuant to Article 36, paragraph 1, item 13 of the same Act, the buyer also may not withdraw due to the digital nature of the delivered content (electronic ticket). By accepting these terms, the buyer expressly declares to have been informed thereof and consents to this, within the meaning of Article 26, paragraph 1, item 6 of the said Act.
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) — via Raiffeisen Bank's secure payment portal, protected by 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode).
- IPS Scan and Pay (QR code) — instant payment via IPS QR code provided by Raiffeisen Bank a.d. Belgrade.

National Bank of Serbia Instant Payment – IPS Scan & Pay
You can pay for your online order using instant payment via the IPS Scan & Pay method. When you select IPS Scan & Pay, you will be redirected to a page where a one-time IPS QR code provided by Raiffeisen Bank a.d. Belgrade will be displayed. Using the mobile banking app installed on your mobile device, you will scan/retrieve the data from the generated IPS QR code and complete the payment simply and securely within your bank's environment. Information about the outcome of the payment will be displayed immediately after processing on our website and will also be sent to you by email.
All payments are made in Serbian Dinars (RSD). VAT is included in the price. In the event of a card payment refund, the refund is made exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro methods. For IPS payments, the refund is made exclusively via the IPS system.
5. Ticket Delivery & Fiscal Receipt
Tickets are delivered exclusively electronically — immediately after successful payment, an email with PDF tickets and QR codes is sent to the address provided at the time of ordering. Electronic proof of delivery is stored for a minimum of 120 days.
Card payments are processed in real time. Orders paid by IPS method are activated upon receipt of payment, which may take 1–2 business days.
Since BCILITY DOO collects payments from buyers in its own name, BCILITY DOO is the fiscalisation obligee and issues the fiscal receipt in its own name. The electronic fiscal receipt is delivered to the buyer by a separate email to the address entered at the time of purchase. The fiscal receipt contains a verification hyperlink on the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia portal, accessible from all internet-enabled devices.
6. Cancellation, Postponement & Refunds
Once purchased, a ticket cannot be returned or exchanged at the buyer's request.
The right to a refund exists exclusively in the following cases:
- cancellation of the event by the Organizer;
- postponement of the event to a date more than 120 days from the originally scheduled date;
- postponement due to force majeure lasting more than 180 days (war, natural disaster, epidemiological decisions of competent authorities, etc.).
Refund procedure
Refunds to buyers are technically processed by BCILITY DOO, but exclusively upon the Organizer's written approval and only after the Organizer has transferred the corresponding funds to BCILITY DOO's account. The obligation to initiate the refund procedure, as well as the responsibility for securing the funds, lies entirely with the Organizer.
BCILITY DOO bears no liability for delays or inability to process refunds caused by the Organizer's failure to provide approval or transfer funds. In such cases, the buyer has the right to direct a refund request to the Organizer, who is obligated under the Consumer Protection Act to act upon the buyer's complaint.
In the event of a refund, only the amount paid for the tickets is subject to return. Any order processing fees, as well as travel, accommodation or other incidental expenses of the buyer, are not subject to refund — by collecting payment and issuing the ticket, BCILITY DOO has fully performed its service within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.
7. Payment Security
All card transactions are processed on Raiffeisen Bank's secure page and are protected by the 3D Secure protocol (Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode). Payment card data is never available to our system nor archived on our servers.
Confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI systems.
8. Personal Data Protection
BCILITY DOO collects and processes only the personal data of buyers necessary for order fulfilment and service provision, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 87/2018). Data is stored securely and accessible only to authorised employees.
The buyer has the right to access, correct and delete their data, as well as the right to object to processing. Requests relating to personal data may be submitted to the email address listed in section 1.
Buyers' personal data may be shared with the event Organizer only to the extent necessary to perform the service (e.g. ticket purchaser list).
9. Complaints Procedure
The consumer may file a complaint to exercise rights under Articles 51 and 80 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, No. 88/2021), as well as for incorrectly charged prices and other deficiencies, in the following ways:

When filing a complaint, the consumer must provide proof of purchase (order number, copy of email, etc.). A response to the complaint will be provided within the statutory period.
10. Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, we hereby inform you that as a consumer you have the option of resolving a consumer dispute out of court before an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.
The list of bodies competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes can be found on the Ministry's website: https://vansudsko.must.gov.rs/adrbodies
The procedure before the body may only be initiated by the consumer if they have previously filed a complaint or objection with the seller. Out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute may last a maximum of 90 days from the date of submission.
11. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising therefrom are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. For all disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the court in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction.
